Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Monday presided over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting in Abuja.
In the place of the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, who went for a religious journey in Saudi Arabia for the lesser hajj, Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, is overseeing the proceedings of the Federal Executive Council Meeting in Abuja on Monday May 20th.
In attendance of the FEC meetings was the Secretary-General of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha; National Security Adviser (NSA), Babagana Monguno and some ministers.
The FEC meeting may be the last before the valedictory session for the current members of President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet.
Chasing close to the first chapter of the President Buhari led administration, The President is expected to dissolve the cabinet to end his first term in office ahead of the May 29, 2019 swearing-in ceremony.
